Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to lead our GCC sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling IT consulting services to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and client needs within this sector.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence within GCC markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with GCC clients, including prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within GCC organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, marketing, and leadership, to tailor solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics within the GCC sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
Leverage the knowledge to identify new opportunities and adapt Market Intelligence strategies as needed.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Proven experience of 7yr+ in sales and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Deep understanding of the GCC market landscape, client needs, and decision-making processes.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
