Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to lead our GCC sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling IT consulting services to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and client needs within this sector.

Must Have
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence within GCC markets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with GCC clients, including prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within GCC organizations. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, marketing, and leadership, to tailor solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.

  • Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics within the GCC sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.

  • Leverage the knowledge to identify new opportunities and adapt Market Intelligence strategies as needed.

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Proven experience of 7yr+ in sales and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Deep understanding of the GCC market landscape, client needs, and decision-making processes.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
